This classic prewar apartment had the essential good bones but needed updating and details that complimented the apartment’s history and the clients’ taste for simple and elegant modern design.

Studio BLS updated the kitchen with custom cabinetry, relocated poorly placed closets to improve room proportions and adjusted details throughout to incorporate accent lighting and trim and cove details.  Furniture, lighting and artwork were selected to compliment the design goal for elegant understated modernism.
